Summary
I started testing educational software at Scholastic in 1994, in the days of CD-ROMS and Windows naming conventions for dual-OS files. Since then I have worked across a variety of sectors, living and working in different Silicon cities across the country, honing my craft.
I learned that quality assurance is so much more than just testing. The challenge of making every iteration more efficient and more bug-free is one I can really sink my teeth into. Teaching and implementing comprehensive, meaningful QA practices while remaining flexible in an Agile world is thought-provoking, sometimes vexing, and deeply satisfying work.
